My goal for Theory Salon was to create a salon envirnoment where every single person who walks into our doors feels safe, cared for and listened to. That includes all of our guests and team members. I love my salon team and the impact they are able to make on our community every day. If you are reading this right now, know that YOU are valuable, YOU are worthy and YOU are making a difference just by being you!
