  • My goal for Theory Salon was to create a salon envirnoment where every single person who walks into our doors feels safe, cared for and listened to. That includes all of our guests and team members. I love my salon team and the impact they are able to make on our community every day.   • Salon Manager. Courtney specializes in communication, management and guest relations. She hopes to use these skills to encourage her team, the guests and even people she’s ever met before, to share their stories and lean into who they are. She believes that every person has a story, that their story matters and is worth sharing. Additionally, she is the Director of Community Engagement at Kindred UMC. Courtney is inspired daily by the people she gets to meet, connect with, and serve. In her free time, Courtney hosts an Enneagram podcast, goes to a boxing gym and is very invested in the Bachelor Franchise.
