Alexa is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Florida over a year ago. She has been in the hair industry for 4 years, but doing hair has always felt like the perfect fit! She has had a passion for beauty for as long as she can remember. Alexa loves that she has the ability to make people feel confident and refreshed after everyappointment. Her favorite services to do are highlights and extensions, or finding the perfect color that enhances someone’s natural features. Whether you are going for a subtle glow or a full transformation, she LOVES working with each client to bring their vision to life! Outside of the salon, Alexa is all about spending time with her family and dog Milo. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling to new places, watching movies and hanging out with friends any chance she gets. Alexa is so excited to keep growing here in Florida and to meet new clients along the way!

Sarah is a true Florida native, born and raised right here in Orlando. She loves the ‘city beautiful’ and loves helping to make it that way! She attended Paul Mitchell The School in 2012. She’s a cutting specialist and really enjoys short cuts and pixie cuts. She spends her free time finding new restaurants and bars to try with her husband!

Originally from Michigan, Cristina graduated from Douglas J Aveda Institute in 2010 and relocated to Florida in 2018. With over a decade of experience, her passion lies in helping clients feel confident and beautiful through their hair. She specialize in blonding, advanced foiling techniques, balayage, dimensional color, and precision haircutting.
Cristina believes that great hair goes beyond the salon, and takes pride in educating her clients on at-home styling, proper hair care, and techniques that help them recreate their look every day. She can’t wait to meet you!

Asha grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and has always loved being outdoors, exploring new places and meeting new people. She was always very creative and knew she wanted to do something in the beauty industry. Asha completed cosmetology school in Texas and just moved to Florida in 2022. Since moving, she’s begun to call Florida herforever home after falling in love with the community, the beautiful land and city life. Her favorite looks to create are natural, lived in color, and loves to do big transformations! She belives that open communication is the key to chieving your hair goals, along with creating a healthy hair plan for you. Chris is an Orlando born, Cuban raised passionate hairstylist at Theory Salon. His passion is driven by creating life changing transformative services everyday! He specializes in balayage, blonding, and hair extension services. Focusing on beaded wefts / K-tip extension methods to provide seamless and blended looks behind the chair. Some of the trainings he’s taken include Bellami, JZ Styles, L’Oreal Professional, and Redken. He has been in the beauty industry for 5 years now and cannot imagine doing anything else. Ellie, a talented hair stylist, hails from Allentown, PA. She graduated from Toni & Guy Beauty Academy in 2015 and has been transforming clients' hair and lives since 2018. With a Master's certification in Balayage from Masters Of Balayage (MOB).
Ellie loves making people happy and changing lives by boosting their self-esteem through stunning hair transformations. Her inspiration comes from art, which fuels her creativity and drive to deliver exceptional results.

Shelby has only ever wanted to be a hairstylist since she was a child! She took cosmetology class all through high school and graduated cosmetology school in 2010. A Nashville native, she worked behind the chair as well as a product educator. She specializes in reds, coppers, and vintage glam styling. She moved to Orlando in 2022 and is so excited to be a part of the Orlando community as well as the Theory salon family! She can’t wait to meet you!

Julie first developed a love for the beauty industry growing up in her mother's salon. With a strong passion for education, she has taken countless classes on blonding, color theory and cutting techniques. In addition to being detail-oriented, she provides the best shampoo massage! Julie prioritizes hair health and communication. She specializes in lived-in color, custom cuts, and event styling. During her schooling at Aveda Institute, she was selected to participate in Beacon, a program hosted by the Professional Beauty Association. While attending in California, she learned from leading industry professionals and expanded her skill set. She spends her free time caring for her numerous pets and creating custom enclosures for her reptiles. Her large pet family is her favorite hobby! AnnaGrace is a hairstylist who truly wants to get to know YOU! She specializes in creating Bright Blondes, Lived-in Color, and transformational color corrections. In her free time she loves going to the movies, and especially loves watching scary movies at the Enzian.
AnnaGrace is a dog mom her super sweet 8 year old pittie named Fern, and spends as much time as possible with her at Mead Botanical Gardens. Her second passion only to hair, she loves tending to her plants and hopes to have her very own garden one day soon.
AnnaGrace is also a more quiet stylist naturally, so if you need to get work done, take a nap or just relax, she is your girl (but don’t be afraid to spill the tea)!

Bethany has been behind the chair in the beauty industry for 7 years. After living in Breckenridge, CO for six of those years, she recently moved back to her native home of Florida. She pursues ways to find more sustainable practices and eco-friendly products. Her belief is to approach each client individually to ensure their overall needs are truly met and wants every client to feel valued. She is driven in seeking higher education which has helped her hone her skills in precision and textured cuts along with color. Improving and keeping the integrity of a person's hair health makes all the difference to reach long and short-term.

Although her name is Desiree, she goes by Rae (wich was childhood nickname for "ray of sunshine". Rae always has a big smile on her face and always try to find the light in any situation. Ensuring her clients feel confident when leaving is her top priority. She has always seen hair as a creative outlet and a way to connect with/ empower people of any gender. Rae has been in the beauty industry for 5 years and is obsessed with making hair dreams a reality! She specializes in blonding, lived in color and keeping your hair feeling as healthy as possible. If she’s not at work she is either at Disney or playing video games (my current game obsession is Hogwarts Legacy and Valorant)!
